"Anak Sarawak" is a highly anticipated, original musical production staged by St. Joseph's Private Schools (SJPS) in Kuching. "Anak Sarawak" follows Thomas, a teenager facing cyberbullying, who is guided by the legendary warrior Rentap on a journey of self-discovery. Bridging past and present, the musical celebrates Sarawak’s heritage while exploring identity, resilience, and the power of community.
Since 2012, SJPS has actively nurtured local talent and heritage through original performing arts, previously staging well-received productions such as The White Rajah of Sarawak.
"Anak Sarawak" will be held on 31 July, 1 Aug and 2 Aug 2026 at St. Ignatius Hall, St. Joseph's Private Secondary School, Jalan Datuk Polycarp Sim, Kuching.
